Game of Fox & Geese - LIMITED EDITION ITEM

Peg games were favorite amusements in early American homes and taverns, and continued to be popular throughout the 19th century with adults and children alike. In this colonial version of the Game of Fox & Geese, the "fox" is represented by a single red peg and must prevent the "geese", represented by all the other pegs, from surrounding him.

We craft our Fox & Geese board of solid wood here at our Vermont shop. It is packaged in a zip top poly bag with pegs, history and instructions.
