Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many of our items are handcrafted here at our Vermont shop in small batches. Many others are sourced from other small businesses who produce, as we do, high quality items in small batches. There may be a delay of several weeks or even longer for items ordered that are in the process of being crafted or are out of stock. We will do our best to indicate any significant supply problems or delays on our individual product pages, but short delays may be expected. Please contact us if you have a specific scheduling issues about your purchase. Pick up at our shop is possible by appointment only.
All orders are processed within 3 days of receipt; processing and delivery times are different. Items that are in stock will normally be shipped within 3 days of processing, excluding delays that are beyond our control for example: delays caused by the postal service or commercial carriers, or outside events such as the weather or public health issues.
Shipping charges for domestic orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout may or may not include import duties, import taxes such as VAT, or other international shipment charges, depending on the destination country. We will verify shipment charges with you on an order-by-order basis.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number that you can use to check on the progress of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's' system.
